No. Most events let you register with just your name, email and payment, no account required.
Organizers create and manage their own event listings on Find Your Finish. We don't personally inspect or certify every race the way a running federation might, so for an event or organizer you don't already know, it's worth checking their track record, social presence and past editions before registering, the same way you would on any listings platform.
Bib numbers are usually assigned by the organizer closer to race day, not at the time you register. Check your registration confirmation page for updates.
That depends on the individual organizer's own policy, shown on the event page. Find Your Finish doesn't offer a built-in runner-to-runner transfer feature today, so this is entirely between you and the organizer.
The event itself is organized and run by its organizer, not by Find Your Finish, so cancellation and postponement decisions are theirs to make and communicate. Cancellation and refund terms are set per event and shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled outright, contact the organizer directly following the terms shown there, or see our cancellation and refunds policy for how the process generally works.
Yes. The registration form lets you add multiple runners, even across different categories, and pay for all of them in a single checkout.

Your confirmed registrations accumulate as a pending balance on your dashboard’s Payouts page, after Find Your Finish’s own commission is deducted. Find Your Finish transfers that balance to your bank account or UPI ID once it’s processed on our end.
A commission on confirmed registrations, currently 1.5% by default, plus GST on that commission, both deducted before your payout. This is separate from the runner-side platform fee added at checkout, which does not come out of your share. Your dashboard's Payouts page shows the exact breakdown.
Yes. The Bib Design tool on your event's dashboard lets you pick a layout, set a color per category, upload sponsor logos, and download a print-ready bib for each distance.
For a general discount, set up a discount code for the category. For a one-off arrangement with a specific runner, you can add them manually from your event's Registrations tab with whatever amount you actually agreed on.
Find Your Finish adds a small convenience/platform fee (currently 2%) on top of the category price, similar to the convenience fee you'd see on most Indian event or ticketing platforms. It goes to Find Your Finish for running the platform, payments, hosting and support, and it's separate from the commission organizers pay on their own share.
No. GST doesn't apply to your registration fee or the platform fee at checkout, you simply pay those two amounts. GST applies on Find Your Finish's side, to the commission we charge organizers, similar to how a service provider invoices GST to a business customer.
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay's secure checkout. Find Your Finish never stores your card, UPI or bank details directly.
Yes. Your checkout page, confirmation email and downloadable ticket all show the registration fee and platform fee as separate line items, plus the total.

Check your spam folder first. You can also open your registration link directly (from your browser history, or the redirect after payment) to see its current status without needing the email at all. If it still shows as pending or you’re not sure what happened, contact us or the organizer.
Contact the event's organizer directly, since they manage the attendee list for their own event. Minor corrections are usually possible before bib numbers are assigned.
